Back to swimming

 In the heatwave with temp sizzling at 34 to 35 degree C,I've gone back to swimming.used to swim 10 lapS non stop 4 years ago,now feel breathless after 6 laps.need to build up stamina with more laps daily.long Covid impacted my lung function.
