Last nite i had calf cramp and skipped zumba this morning.decided to go Blue Lake in Kundang to do stand up paddleboarding.disappointed town council put signs banning jetskis,boating or any swimming in the lake as it was hazardous.i feel with residential condo,houses and the Kundang industrial park nearby,environmental pollution would make the water toxic with sewage run off and waste recycling plants nearby.So sad as my dad used to go fishing there for perch,jetski hobbyist practised there and i learnt my paddleboarding from the club there.
Now they build hawker centres and food court around the lake when water sports should be encouraged instead of food fattening business.such short sightedness.
i wanted to go Shah Alam to kayak as its dragon boat festival.but the terrible traffic jam was so long and my blood pressure and heatstroke index went up.The weekend crowd to go shopping and enttertainment centres puts me off crowded places.i go during non peak hour next time
