Sunday Zumba at taman aman

its good to see other races joining the zumba workout especially young people as its mostly senior citizens who are doing zumba.Music n movement makes it enjoyable to exercise so that when we enjoy a sport we keep on doing it. Change is self driven.like going on a diet and losing weight,consistency and discipline n self motivation is important.Dont expect instant results.it took me 3 years of hard work to build.up muscles and im still a work in progress.like when i told one of my students with low English proficiency when he started.one must have discipline n be consistent.from a fail of 42 marks at the start by the end of 3 months he got 80 marks but the next stage,he slacked n skipped classes n homework saw his marks drop to 48 but this term he woke up and worked hard and is now scoring above 80.nothing comes easy and sikit sik8t lama lama akan jadi bukit Untuk .hilang setiap kg berat badan ikut prinsip sama.
