i bought cheap shrimps.paid rm10.90 for 7 .medium shrimpd and rm8 for small ones i cook malay spicy sambal prawnns,cantonese steam shrimp in ginger rice wine and a western tomato ketchup braised brinjaln tomato. son m i enjoy home cooked meals

As thirdgeneration kids of migrant parents born in China,i dont feel nostalgia recalling my ancestral roots .Why do migrants of Asian diaspora feel sentiments when recalling family.bonds n kinship tie? i speak ancestral language,follow chinese lifestyle,festival and adopt cultural values but i dont feel strong attachments to my unseen and unknown relatives from China is it cómmon for third generation migrants to assimilate into country of birth?how do american born Chinese feel? do they feel alienated from their ancestral roots? after watching the teochew movie dear you😄i umderstand the personal bónd of sttachment between a migrant worker to hisfamily in china but i admire his strong value of endurance and perseverance in era of hardship.i think strong kinship.bomd to help fellowmen is lauded as is contribution to building schóols and investing. in educatiom of youth. a good story telling plot.

Heritage site in Sri Carcosa

my girl pal of over 50 years had lunch at Sri Carcosa.it was nostagic having a guided tour at the imposing british colonial mansion perched on the hill top ovér looking kl skyline.this was the site 15 vips signed the declaration of independence.the building is well preserved and restored.the meal of cendol,mini b burgers n duck rice was yummy and my pal generously gifted cookies and bracelets she bought from holiday in Penamg.we had a good sunday chatting and catching up with pur lives

today i pray at home altar for health and wellness for this year.also pray for pet kitty to recover from illness of vomitting. then visited bandar utama buddhist vihara to bathe buddha statue,offer floral poesy and light an oil lamp.of coúrse the good. vegetarian lunch was yummy. buti will skip temple hopping n float procession as its too hot n tiring.may you receive peàce and compassion on this auspicious day.may you be blessed with good health and sleep well. namo tassa bhagavato,arahato,sama🙏sambudhasa

Exercise at Taman Aman or peace park

a slight drizzle at 7am so exercise teacher delayed. session to 7.30am.so fresh n deliteful to zumba after the rain.air is crisp and chilly.the park is filled with runners,zumba groups,people doing group stretching with towels and using outdoor gym.bumped into everyoung Stan with his mop of white hair and. freespririted dancing without slippers on.he is really bohemian artist at heart. the park is a great place for fitness nuts i chatted briefly with my regular kakis before going to SS2 WET market to buy grocery.its good the town council sent workers to maintain the park,sweeping leaves and trimming the grass.the park is filled with families with kids and retirees using outdoor gym.i love the relaxed mood at the sound of fountains n birds chirping on trees.
