when you think of Germany,you associiate them with excellent engineering skiils,what about the British. its their systematic administrative processes that enabled them to rule their vast far flung colonies.the French and italians are renownned for artistic flair in music,painting,fashion n design,architecture and culinary skills.as for the americans,they are good with military development,cutting edge technology,space. exploration and the entertainment industries. when it comes to innovative pop culture like anime,cosplays,movies,skin care and fashion,south korea and japan take the lead.China is excel at infrastructure building of dams n bridges ,tech development of drones,robots,green energy projects,nev,space exploration ,high speed railways n military development but lags behind south korea and japan in innovative pop culture and artistic vision. in terms of food,japan and china tops in asia and globally too.

Pork fillet n stir fried shumeiji mushroom

im boosting my protein intake by cooking stir fried pork fillet with spring onion in black bean paste.i cooked white shumeiji mmushroom with fried tofu puffs in oyster sauce.after dinner i went for a stroll downstairs and .made friends with a white gúy. married to a local chinese wife.this kind couple were feeding the stray cats with kibbles the cats were waiting patiently for the kind volunteers to feed them.

rmented shrimp paste a Cantonese sauce made in hong kong to cook steamed pork belly.the shrimp paste is overpowering pungent n salty so it is taste terrfic to cantonese eaters but smelly n stinky to outsiders.even the greedy cat came to lick the jar of stinky shrimp paste.i only added slivers of ginger,sugar n sesame oil to steam pork belly with the greyish blob of shrimp paste.ate stir fried lettuce with it.a culinary heritage that reminds me of family meals
