simple to cook dinner.i bought readymade fish paste at rm17 a box to make cucumber,bell pepper n shitake mushrooms stuffed with fish paste in a fermented bean paste sauce.cooked fried vegetarian noodle with bean sprouts,cucumber n mushroom.now opt for one dish meals as its less work.maybe will cook korean sweet potato noodle or japchae with the dried noodles i got from the korean food fair.oppa malaysia style

Jurang persepsi diantara kalangan golongan pemerintah dan rakyat biasa Perancis di lihat dalam kenyataan Ratu Perancis Marie Antoneitte apabila diberitahu oleh menterinya bahwa rakyat biasa tak mampu beli roti untuk makanan harian. "Biar mereka makan kek". ini sama dengan hal makanan protein yang mampu di beli oleh semua kaum dan rakyat biasa di Malaysia iaitu ayam."Biar mereka makan ikan.". Untuk membuat satu kek,saya paksa guna 5 biji telur ayam.3 tahun dulu telur berharga rm 4.80 atau rm 5.50 bagi telur omega untuk 10 biji.sekarang dah naik sampai rm 5.50 -rm7.00.dengan kekurangan bekalan gandum,tepung gandum akan naik lagi tinggi bersama susu dan mentega.walaupun untuk berjimat perbelanjaan,saya membuat roti,kek dan pie sendiri tapi kos bahan ini sangat tinggi sampai menelan sebahagian besar pencen terhad saya.Jika saya beli kek dan roti artisan di bakeri,mampus la Bulan itu saya terpaksa kurang makan buah buahan atau ubat.Inflasi telah semakin naik. Apa kah strateji selain dari ikat perut?Seumur hidup,kita kerja bertungkus lumus,kita bukan makan gaji buta atau makan suap.terpaksa masa bersara,kita makan angin saja.

show the wealth gap in the ratio of ceo pay to the average worker pay.it shows the huge unequal income distribution.not surprisingly the highest difference is in the USA which stands at over 300.its followed by India,Netherlands,South Africa ,Switzerland,Germany, Canada Spain.etc . but the ratio is highest in the US and Europe while smaller ratio is in Japan and Singapore or even China. Looking at the ratio ,its only 74 in singapore and 102 in Hong Kong shocking in Malaysia the ratio of Ceo salary to average workers pay is 148 This is higher than in China where the ratio of CEO pay to average worker is only 127. no wonder Tenaga National Berhad chairman earned monthly salary of rm 90,000 and annual income of 10 million and just the allowance of Felda chairman is over rm 500,000.the directors of Felda are given allowance to attend meetings while the average worker is not paid allowance to attend meeting as its part of the job.Is this the creation of concentration of wealth in the hands of the ruling elites while the ordinary citizens are given peanuts to live on.so this is the capitalist,democratic nations that is a dog eat dog world and wealth concentrated on the 1% while the 99% barely afford food,healthcare and shelter.

Miss dining out at Ming Tien

I really miss dining out on good streetfood at the old open air food court Ming Tien in Taman Megah.the palm trees,thatched roof and wooden walls,the sultry nights of starry sky,the smoky air of grilled chicken wings,grilled fish, satay,fried hokkien noodles,peanut pancakes and belacan fried chicken and waiters in hawaii shirts.

Gulai ikan

dinner i cooked a typical kelantan tuna fish curry with cucumber.its gulai ikan tongkol that kelantanese Malay eat with nasi dagang.i love the meaty tuna fish and the sweet cucumber chunks.i get insulted when non kelantan chefs cook it with ikan cencaru,omit cucumber n put too much asam keping in it .cooked cucumber with shitake mushroom n dried prawns.nice to eat at home on sunday.

Dream shoe

threw away the broken sandals.out shopping at Tesco Lotus today.saw my dream pair of shoes made of rubbber or plastic.its like crocs a slip on sandal that looks like a pair of shoes.very well made with no glue on sole.should last me 3 years or even 5 years.cost me only rm25 a pair,very affordable. Now need buy vintage clothes from bundle shop to save costs but cant buy second hand shoes.what is rm 100.cant buy grocery for a month for family with 2 people.i bought a small tuna ikan tongkol from Tesco lotus to cook kelantan fish curry.it cost rm 7.20.i bought fruit,fish ,cooking oil in plastic bags,canned tuna,frozen food ,instant spices and bill was rm100.sometimes on my pension,i have to choose between buying expensive medicine or expensive food.susahnya untuk orang bersara,pelajar di kolej dan institusi pengajian tinggi dan pekerja golongan B40.Kos barang semakin naik selain dari makanan,ubat,barang harian seperti sabun dan serbuk pencuci.sekarang saya beli pek plastik untuk sabun,shampoo,minyak masak,dan pencuci lantai.dan isikan sendiri dalam botol.atau beli online e commerce kongsi dengan beberapa kawan dapat bulk diskaun bagi shampoo dan makanan dalam tin.tapi susah dapat bagi sayur segar.sekarang susu bayi dalam tin begitu mahal sampai tin di kuncikan dengan rantai.cat untuk lukisan yang di impot juga di kunci dalam almari kaca.setakat ini saya guna poster dan water colour yang murah tak mampu beli acryllic atau tempera.lain kali guna digital untuk lukis sebab murah jimat kertas,berus dan cat.aiyoh
