I made a strawberry cheesecake.used local stawberries n south african blueberries,leftover butter n oatmeal cookies from new year.the lazy Jun refused to help crush the cookies into crumbs but everready to eat.it is tart,smooth and real comfort food so obscenely fattening.i got 2 tubes of cream cheese at rm20 and cooking cream at rm6.the whole cake cost rm30 to make.so yummy for my tummy.foodie loves cakes that is tart,creamy n melts in the mouth.
