Air fryer n food security
I might really need to get an air fryer since i cook a lot.ive burned my skin so many times doing deep fat frying from curry puffs to sweet n sour chicken.and when the kitchen floor is oily,i risk a slip and falling down.the leftover oil i throw away as reusing it is carcinogenic.so an air fryer is safer.kitchen is dangerous coz i get cuts n burns sometimes.
food security matters for the health of consumers.unhygienic food preparation can cause mass food poisoning.dirty drinking water causes delhi belly or purging n vomitting.ive stopped buying vanamei shrimps from vietnam after i found out they put sulfur in water for breeding them.
ive strong allergy reaction to sulphur in medication so i was shocked to find in China they spray sulphur on wolfberries or gojiberry to preserve the red colour.im gonna throw away my stash of wolfberries in my fridge as now i know why my skin itches.ive even eaten expensive fish preserved in formaldehyde by fisherman.the smell of the chemical used to preserve dead bodies was so foul that i threw away the steamed fish and scolded the fish vendor but he said its done by the fishermen who do it right after catching the fish as it risks rotting in hot,humid tropical weather when they dont have enough ice to keep it fresh.i suspect my bout of bronchitis at one time was due to consumption of formaldehyde in seafood. Ignorance is not bliss but can be deadly.
they should be regular food inspection to ensure food safety.
