the cases of femicide in developed nations is a black mark against womens right to life.already the reproductive rights of females in the US is being abused by overturning Roe vs Wade by a few supreme court justices or gross injustices.what is inhumane is denying the right to abortion to victims of rapes and incest and paedophiles. what is disgusting is femicide ,when females in France who try to leave a relationship are killed by their partners or in China,even a well known influencer was killed by her ex husband and in Hong Kong,a yoga teacher was murdered by her ex boyfriend.the law should punish these killers severely and educate males to respect females. end gender violence

Lunch n dinner

weekend lunch for me is a potato salad with a hard boiled egg,a red bean dumpling n soya bean drink.jun i cooked a grilled bbq chicken chop,potato salad n hard boiled egg. dinner i cooked chinese food n thai food,minced chicken with thai basil leaves n chilli,spicy stir fried clams and stir fried kale.kale cost rm5,clams rm15 n chicken rm10.so we save by home cooked food which will cost double at rm60 if eaten in restaurants.swimming in warm water relieves joint ache n energises me.i miss the sea.

today i skipped line dancing n took my blind elder sis to pharmacy to do blood n urine test for a medical check up.she hardly exercises and needs to know her inner organs function.jun refused to go although he is obese as he is afraid of syringe and needle prick.i paid more for an executive screening so that i can adjust my diet and exercise.i need to reduce jumping of zumba n so return to slow motion qigong and swimming as its gentle on the joints.

Aiyoh sekarang susah cari minyak dalam pek.mesti lari sini sana kerana ramai belian panik. tapi jangan khuatir,jika ada jodoh,tangkap orang minyak dan jangan lepas peluang dapat bekalan minyak tak terputus bila bila nak memasak.minyak selama lama nya

Price of food go up

i usually buy the sakura instant bread mix of wholewheat at rm5.00.now instant bread mix is priced at rm 9.00.nearly double rise in wheat price.the fried banana or goreng pisang per piece was rm 1.00 before covid.after lockdown,it rose to rm1.50 and today i saw it rose to rm 1.80 per piece of deep fried banana as price of cooking oil,flour n eggs have risen.eating out is costly as goreng pisang price nearly doubled. so i look for recipes that use less eggs.A banana or potato bread recipe uses 3 eggs and the mango yoghurt cake uses 5 eggs.so i baked carrot cake using 1 egg. i was berating myself for my stiff butterfingers at the Tesco Lotus cashier counter.while lifting the tray of 30 eggs at rm 13 ,my fingers cant grasp the whole tray properly and 5 eggs dropped on the floor.i apologized for my stupid clumsiness but luckily the nice cashier let me replace it.now to cut cost,they dont employ helpers to help us fill up the shopping bag and stupid clumsy fingers of mine cant grip frozen foodstuff or things firmly.5 eggs can make a yoghurt cake.so very arthritic hands of mine. for lunch i cooked japanese potato salad with cucumber,egg,chicken pepperoni n coral lettuce.had banana green kiwi and a cup of black sesame rye drink.tonite gonna cook Terengganu fish laksa.yum
