today i skipped line dancing n took my blind elder sis to pharmacy to do blood n urine test for a medical check up.she hardly exercises and needs to know her inner organs function.jun refused to go although he is obese as he is afraid of syringe and needle prick.i paid more for an executive screening so that i can adjust my diet and exercise.i need to reduce jumping of zumba n so return to slow motion qigong and swimming as its gentle on the joints.
