Fine Malay cuisine






 Today i cooked Malay festive food eaten during festivals like Lebaran.Its lontong,a mixed vegetable,cabbage,carrot,french bean,brinjal,tempe,fried toufu,n glass noodles cooked in tumeric curry.then i boiled mashed rice cubes or nasi impit to eat with rendang chicken tok which uses free range chicken simmered for hours in rendang paste,fried grated coconut,tumeric leaves n kefit lime leaves until its creamy thick .so great delicious food
