yesterday i baked a rich green pandan cake.i hid it at secret place so snack attack by food monster wont leave a big hole.i bought a cake container from the cheap dime store at rm 2.50..its plastic n light .i made a pandan custard layer cake.its sandwich with layer of green pandan hoen kwe custard and topped with dessicated coconut and grated palm sugar.it taste like nyonya kuih ondeh ondeh.luckily i could slice the cake in half before putting pandan layer.looks so nice.i bought pandan leaves to extract juice but green hoen kwe flour is hideous color.
