Fun workout

workout after big dinner,i ramped up my workout to one and a half hours.half an hour on workout machines and an hour non stop zumba.sweating like mad.An old man gave up after 20 mins and complimented my stamina.Aunty you sangat yeiong lah.It is typical manglish of english malay and chinese. you are very awesome.Tidak pak cik I tidak yeoing berbanding dengan ultra runners in the park.They wear t shirts proudly declaring 100 km finisher or 80 km finisher.wow,what endurance runners.WWWe never know what our body is capable of until we push it to the limit. From baby boomer to granny zoomer .Go for it.Just do it.
