lunch of tuna sandwich a a slice of carrot date cake .dinner is hot,spicy mapo tofu ,a currypowder grilled fish with sambal n lime n stir fried bok choy.i bought Pacific cod as i cant afford Atlantic cod at over rm120 a kilo.Pacific cod is from same family but has less nutrients than omega 3 rich Atlantic cod but still it has anti inflammatory vitamins to fight joint pain n stiff fingers.but the fish is too soft for deep frying.i need to buy sole or ikan merah.a kilo frozen ikan merah on shopee is rm 33
