Its a sweltering hot day.i cooked a rats tail noodle with minced chicken n bean sprouts and stuffed fish meat for Jun.i ate rye raisin toast with tuna spread ,nectarine from south africa and blueberries from zimbabwe and orange juice with cheap Egyptian oranges.yum.
Dinner i cooked barramundi siakap 3 rasa Thai style which fuses 3 flavours of tomato sauce,oyster sauce n sweet chilli sauce.the vege is stir fried spinach with minced chicken and tofu.yum.i bought barramundi from giant supermart at rm13 per fish n they gutted it for me.today at taman tun wet market ,i bought a local tuna tongkol for rm10 and moringa leaves for rm2.
