Justice

with inherent inequalities of law,how can justice be served with regards protection of minorities,the gender fluid of LGBT,the socially n ethnically marginalized,the women,children and elderly? How an outsider judges the progress of a nation is not from the behaviour of its citizens,the type of infrastructure it has,the no. of shopping malls and tallest building or the size of its military weapons or army or its GDP the yardstick of a nation on how progressive and modern it is is judged by how it treats and protects its own people especially the most vulnerable,the weakest,the voiceless and marginalized? so some food for thought? Where is justice of law for womens right when reproductive rights are denied?Where is justice when thd blacks are victimized by police brutality n mistreated?Where is justice when poor immigrants have children forcibly taken away from parents?Where is justice when one cannot be free to choose ones gender identity and is treated as freaks? Where is justice when the misfortunates of drug addicts,unemployed,elderly,runaway children are living and begging on the streets while the 1% superrich take rocket trips out of space holidays? Tell me even in authoritarian states,where is the authority to protect women and elderly?when gender domestic abuse see wives murdered and mutilated and children abused

and trafficked,who has been vested the authority to prevent that? When the elderly are abused by own children or neglected at nursing homes,what are the authority doing to protect them? the progress of a nation is seen in how it acts to protect the dignity and the rights of its weakest members of society.
