Doing gardening to decorate with flowering plants n clearing weeds is backbreaking work but I take it as a way to exercise and burn calories.spring cleaning n putting up cutouts for the new year.then off to the park for outdoor exercise in the warm morning sunshine.the day was bright n filled with parkgoers until the monkeys were harassed by the crowd and stayed up on the trees.good no monkey terrorists.trying to put more exercise into my daily activity by climbing stairs of the condo.it is good for strengthening shin muscles.i feel consistency is key to keeping fit.
