Simple homecooked food is healthy.i cooked stir dried kai lan in oyster sauce,braised chicken in hoisin sauce and peanuts n po po s easy steamed minced chicken with egg and 2 salted eggs.a fast food meal.teatime i ate the last quiche tart i baked with pu erh tea.im gonna bake new pumpkin tarts and savoury galette - open face mushroom chicken ham tart with cheese topping for breakfast n tea.jun says my goodies have caused him to be fat n he needs to go on diet.well if he exercises,eating rich cakes n tarts will not be a problem.dinner is vietnamese lemon grass chicken chop with salad n fried egg
