I love to knead bread dough manually n mix batter for cakes as it is a form of destressing.the repetitive motions are calming the mind n body.but the down side is i put on weight.
I ve baked quiche last week n this week i baked pang susi or eurasian sweet potato bun with spiced meat filling.it takes at least 2 hours of work including washing up and mopping kitchen floor but hmm the aroma of bread,cakes n tarts baking in a hot oven is heavenly .comfort food.i went to attend live gig n packed my own water and soya milk n pang susi to eat as a bottle of mineral water at rm7 is too costly.
