Dinner im cooking melaka portugese grilled sting ray.i bought a packet of chilli portugese sauce from the famous grilled fish stall.i got a bargain price for 6 slices of sting ray at rm 15.its a quick sale of half price.usual price is rm 38 for 6 pieces.i marinate with salt,grated ginger n shallot before putting sauce,ladys fingers n tomato n grill in oven for 45 mins..
