We the rakyat

 We the rakyat are fed up of politicians that make us look like fools and the laughing stock of the world by ministers who do harebrained schemes or absurd suggestions.

We demand accountability of the rakyats money used,the responsibility of clean and efficient service and  prioritize the rakyats welfare not self enrichment schemes of ministers.

So give us a half yearly report on key performance index of all ministers n deputy to be evaluated by their constituents who elected them to office.With online polls,this can be done quickly and big data analysis can give us a better picture of their performance.they should be evaluated from the bottom up ,not top down because their power came from tbe grassroot supporters,not tbe big boss up thete.return the

Power to the rakyat to judge the petformance of ministers n deputy.if get less than 50% approval,they must be replaced by more capable people.down with cronysim n nepotism.meritocracy and the rule of tbe law prevails

From turtle egg to chicken egg,egg heads rule as the chickens come home to roost

 Im damn mad that egg stock is running out.i went  to provision shop and a female client bought the last 2 tray of 30 eggs i went to coffee shop to persuade them to sell me one tray but boss refused because they need to make soft boiled eggs for malaysian breakfast.what the hell is happening minister of consumer affairs.bloody idiot sleeping on the job.with fish n chicken so expensive,eggs are fastest to cook n cheapest source of protein.i need them to bake egg tarts,custard,quiche,omelette,cakes etc.first short on bread flour ,the low gluten flour due to ukraine war,then cooking oil in plastic bags n now eggs.    FOOD SECURITY and affordability must be no one priority of new govt.we cannot drink palm oil or petrol to fill our stomachs!@#£&%.

Good lunch

 Had blue nasi kerabu herbed rice with fried mackerel,salted egg,fish crackersraw vegetable salad,fried grated coconut.the blue colour is from blue butterfly pwa flower.so delicious.dessert i had a semolina cake.yummy food.dinner is black sesame and bbq chicken bao,,chicken black pepper dim sum,salted egg yolk fishball,salad of avocado mango n a cup ofbrown rice ,oat meal and a hard boiled egg with kicap manis.simple food.

Good day

 Refused to be ruminating on negativity especially after my fall during hiking.back to work.dinner i ate a fruit salad of persimmom from spain,red dragon fruit,avocado n papaya.compare the shape of spanish persimmon which is bell pepper shape with flat round chinese n korean persimmoms.

I cooked fish paste stuffed into bell pepper,cucumber n brinjal n panfried.sauce is mixed bbq,oyster,tomato n thai sweet chilli sauce with sesame n stir fried brocolli with shumeiji mushrooms.

Good restful break

 Thanks to PM 10 declaration of a Monday public holiday,i got a restful short break.saturday was zumba class and baking sweet potato buns.saturday was nite out attending the riverjazz festival in downtown kuala lumpur n i love open air concerts when the vibes are electric n the crowd is appreciative of good music.then yesterday it was outdoors to kuala kubu baru hiking n playing at waterfall.we had the famous nam cheong hailam chicken chop.the business at cafe is 80 years old and the shophouse more than 120 years old.the present owner is the daughter in law running the business.how old school cooking is best and the quaint town reflects unity in diversity of multicultural malaysians as malay family with children were eating chickenchop and for dinner i we

nt to a malay warong for nasi ayam cincang n crispy burgher with chinese families patronising the warong.its time our children learn to live and play and work together.no more boring drills on unity in texrbooks.organize interracial sports camp,outdoor adventure camps,singing and dancing competition,computer games e sports tournaments or interactive activities where young msians of all races come together to play and compete instead of segregation in religious,private and vernacular schools.the education ministry needs bold reforms.intensify stem education to move nation to hi tech nation.let races study foteign languages like German n Japanese and Mandarin.have short term work intern for form four n five to expose them to work environment n choose the right career path fot their future.undi 18 is voting for a better tomorrow so give them dreams n hopes,not the nightmare politicking  we are seeing.instead of seeing the nation regress to a failed state,bold and disruptive reforms need to be implemented to correct past mistakes of corruption,cronyism and nepotism.the Rot starts from the Top.clear cut separation of power of executive,legislative n judiciary.religion n politics dont mix like oil and water.better representation of diversity in civil service and  address climate change or more annual flooding and haze issues.if its a case of No Action Talk Only,we are sitting on a train headed to Doomsville.so jump ship before it sinks

I got a seat

as i went early.beautiful nightview of confluence of 2 rivers where kuala lumpur was founded.great music so thanks city hall cultural,art n tourism unit for organizing a great concert with  fantastic jazz musicians from Australia,USA,Indonesia n Malaysia.promote tourism as Thailand has moonlite beach parties.we clapped,sang along and danced the night away.so fun

Sunday Zumba

 Great music great workout.thankful for free zumba classes n instructors to keep us fit.if wake up at 6 am thete is free qigong and stretching exercises but i need to sleep.

Long covid

 COVID is a cruel disease.the side effects kill my appetite when the love of good food matters to a foodie like me.i had cooked a mini chicken burger which i couldnt eat half for dinner.the curry bun was  overburnt cozi put  too near top grill.ahonoydew fruit pudding n a mixed shitake ,shumejii mushroom cooked with taufu..i only enjoy fish chowder soup with cube potato n salmon cubes and a persimmom.i dislike cooked food.only fresh fruit ,soup n salad

Monkey terrorists

 The whole troop of monkeys n their kids are nuisance in public parks.my sis house was broken in by baby monkeys in the back kitchen.they know how to open fridge doors n stole all fruit n vege inside.broke eggs n threw glass jars.terrorist monkeys have adapted to urban lifestyle.they learn to climb electric poles n high tension cables

They rob picnickers of food or snatch their tote bags.they climb papaya trees in gardens and steal the fruit n mangos.they come in thro open kitchen windows amd snatch fruit from counter tops.how to rehabilitate them to survive in the jungles when food is plenty in towns.
