Bake n stir fry






 Baked bread for breakfast.wholemeal osmanthus flower with black sesame n goji berry topped with goji berry,spring onion n gingko nuts.super chinese health food. Dinner i cooked salmon belly trimmings in buttermilk sauce with brocolli ans scallops in oyster sauce with spring onion,gingko nut n goji berry.get my appetite back.
