It seems a lapse by government authorities in ensuring public security and poor crowd control by Asian governments.there is lack of foresight in contingency planning when crowds areiin frenzy like music concerts,outdoor events and crowded alleys.the deaths of masses in football stadium in Indoneseia Halloween celebration in South Korea and mass shooting of kids in school in Thailand are manmade disasters which are totally preventable.in the US and Europe there are often crowded events like football matches,car rally,open air concerts but seldom mass deaths coz crowd control is crucial.the authorities should vet for strategy for holding mass events and the personnel better trained and equipped before holding religious or sports mass events.
