When i eat white meat only ,recipes are limited as ive cut out red meat,organ meat,shrimp,clam,squid from diet.maybe crisp fish fillet topped with cream corn sauce like hong kong char chan teng or thai style 3 sauce fish with tamarind,palm sugar n fish sauce.see what condiments i have.
