from working out daily to twice weekly on weekends,i find my fitness level has slackened.Today after an hour of circuit training,i was breathless.ive lost my stamina so i need to swimm in the evening to gain back my stamina.Compared to my colleagues im so suntanned but who cares,the vitamin D i get boosts my immunity.so great to see green trees,lake and lotus.nature is chillax.
