trying to go meat free for two meals perday is possible when i look for meat substitutes.in a look by an american doctor on the China study,it was surprising that the lean years of famine,war n food deprivation contributed to extending life span especially with high consumption of vegetablez but the heavy increase in meat consumption and oily food caused a surge in obesity,heart diseases n a plethora of illnesses.thinking of buying beyond meat but its pricy so i will use locally produced mock meat.
