i love the peace n quiet of the so called cave .its a simple life less distractions so can focus on meditation,exercise,listen to music,walk in garden and draw n paint.the balcony is my art studio as its bteezy n has great view of trees n clouds.the gardener planted a herb garden with neem leaves,banana n papaya tree.so i enjoy a stroll there,after morning yoga n tai chi.lunch i cooked italian roast chicken w oregano n herb butter,salad of chickpeas n cucumber in goma,mash sweet potato.afternoon spent painting a asian fishing cat for someone.so contented
