I love authentic cuisine
I enjoy international tastes as im a Malaysian Chinese and adaptable.to multicultural food from Indian,Malay,Thai,Korean,Japanese,French,
Italian and Spanish.
For breakfast i went to Boss Pan Feng hawker stall at Kawfee Talk in Centrepoint.Pan Feng and his Taiwanese wife used to run a canteen in my workplace so i know their cooking skills are excellent.They ran a stall selling Taiwanese rice in Ming Tien before moving to Kawfee Talk.But he is best in cooking Malaysian curry laksa as he has set up business in Malaysia for over 30 years.
i love the Shanghai won ton and Jiao zi dumplings he cooks.its tender n juicy with chives.The Shanghai won ton soup has turnips n seaweed.very fresh n authentic as Pan Feng is from China n his wife is Taiwanese.Their children migrated to America n work thete so he set up a food stall to keep himself occupied so he is a diva.If he is not in the mood,he and wife will take a break and rest at home.He cooks the best lionhead meat ball but stopped it as he offers too many things in his menu n he has no foreign worker to help him..I prefer eating at home as i have a varied appetite
for lunch i cooked clam n scallion omelette and a chickpea curry eaten with Basmati rice.for tea time its the treacle date pudding with custard topping and a mango.for dinner i cooked spanish seafood paella with mussels,shrimps,squid and chicken sausage,red bellpepper,bay leaves.
my taste range from Chinese,Indian,British to Spanish.
