Exercise is hard in lockdown

when gyms are closed n outdoor park closed,people are locked up and no venue to exercise to relieve boredom. the tendency for mental breakdown rises as to eat and sleep is the only thing to do.obesity is likely.saw a neighbour exercising outside her unit and chatted with her.amazed she is middle aged and mother of three with eldest son in mid twenties.she was so toned with ripped abs n lithe arms.she says she exercises everyday without fail.she looked mid 30s i have slacked as age is catching up and my joints are painful and backpain really bad.no point taking painkillers just to excercise as it defeats the purpose of health.so can only do tai chi and no power lifting with weights.why dont they open the swimming pool as its gentle on the joints unlike gym or running.i miss swimming so much.
