Sunday restday

this morning i woke up feeling better.yesterday i suspect i had heatstroke after washing car outdoors and washing fish tank filter in blazing hot sun.i felt extremely dehydrated,thirsty,had awful headache n loss appetite.cooked vegetarian sweet n sour cod fish made of soya and nori seaweed skin.a mix vege of capsicum n sweet corn and ice cold silken tofu in soy sauce n onion oil. yesterday bought new filter substrate and saw ten giant marble goby reared by acquarium owner for his own comsumption.its the most expensive freshwater fish in restaurants .a big steamed fish easily cost rm 200 to 300 a meal.im lucky dad was a good fisherman and we ate his catch of ikan haruan,marble goby,lampan n grass carp.i cant afford to eat it now as its a costly delicacy. this morn i played with the neighbours three cute kittens.one clung on my feet with his paws and another jumped up to catch my tinkling keys.good stress reliever.then i drove to the lake at community forest with entrance of barbed wires so i could only walk along tbe cycling path but so relaxing to see green trees n lake.i hope they open up the parks and trails soon.
