Vegetarian n non vegetarian
twice a week i cook vegetarian food n jun says im quite good at whipping up tasty vegetarian food.dinner was vegetarian beef rendang,vegetarian braised mock duckn deep fried sweet potato cutlets with chopped big onion mixed in.then lunch i cooked japanese soba in miso soup witb chicken,shitake,crabstick n egg.dinner was nonya peranakan cuisine of pickled fish stomach with brinjal n pucukmanisn grilled sambal fish fillet
i dont miss going out to dine because have to follow too many sops scan mysejahtera n queue social distance.this lockdown ventured new culinary skill in baking quiche,egg tart,banana bread,cherry clafoutis,basque burnt cheesecake. with no hiking n zumba outdoors ,im growing fat.just let us exercise outdoors .we need open spaces,trees n sunshine.
