i cooked malay soto ayam which is Indonesian cuisine with chinese influence.i cooked boiled rice cubes,shredded chicken,bergedil n chicken soup with spices.the aroma was heavenly comfort food.for breakfast i made french toast and an open smoked salmon sandwich with sprouted grain bread,pomelo n rose vanilla tea.for lunch its south east asian with vietnamese spring roll n malay tauhu bergedil or stuffed taufu puffs with kicap manis bird eye chilli dip.
i also cooked spaghetti carbonara with the canned seafood i bought from holiday in spain and portugal.this is to revive hope of travelling soon.
