The mess of long covid is sapping my energy.the gastrointestinal upset makes my body unable to absorb nutrients so i need to change and eat small,frequent meals instead of 3 meals a day.i cant tone my muscles without optimal nutrition so now i eat 5 small meals a day.
As aging bodies,our knees and spines need resistance training which needs good nutrition.i hate liquid diets n eat tuna salad or eggs n oats.really need to get back my gut health.
