Wholesome meal


 Lunch i panfried frozen minced chicken murtabak,an indian flatbread ,chickpea curry,chilli dip and a thai chicken feet salad i bought at food fair.ate selamgor grown avocado n thai mango n a glass of green tea.i like homecooked food.





Dinner i panfried catfish fillet in italian herb n.butter and lemon black pepper sauce on a bed of sweet potato and a mango,avocado,tomato salsa ,a glass of mango juice
