Hainan chicken rice

 I seldom shop at Aeon as the prices of food there is higher than Lotus or Giant.I used to buy the prepackaged fish with condiments for thai lime steam fish or mixed seafood with curry sauce and they cost only rm 18 to 19 a few years ago.now just a barramundi fish cost rm 22 to 23 alone.but yesterday i saw they offered 30% lower for a packet of cuts of free range chicken nearing a day of expiry so i bought it to cook

Hainan chicken rice with ginger and chilli dip and a green lettuce stirfried.i feel if you cook food on the same day as purchàse its ok but check to see if it turns colour or looks slimy n smell funny to avoid food poisoning.
