I cookèd rice porridge,made a mixed fruit salad and fizzy orange with zinc vit c drink.gonna boost immune system so that i recover quickly and dance again.im praying to lord buddha to help me recover my zest and energy so i can swim n dance again.may i be well and happy again.rice gruel with meatball n century egg for dinner.this is classic cantonese chook just need a salted egg yolk n spring onions to complete the meal.tasty porridge not bland salads
