Weekend pasta

 I cooked for dinner angel hair spaghetti smothered in italian cheese sauce and salmon belly trimmings i bought for rm11 ,shumeiji mushroom at rm1.90.satisfying dinner at less than rm20 for 2.i use parmesan,cheddar,mozarella and gorgonzola cheese with minced garlic,chicken broth,heavy cream and

butter n olive oil with italian herb seasoning.my next target is learning chicken sous vide style of cooking so western food has lots of choices .
