Something fishy about kitty

this is the fate of a fish in my tank because kitty loves fishing.it was swimming too near to the surface of the tank when naughty kitty caught it and examined it but quicly threw it back into the water when i scolded him.i have to keep an eye on kitty if i let him inside my home .he runs after the mop when im cleaning the flooor,run zoomies and play with things he shoudnt so makes a big mess .how to send him to obedience schoolnow i look for a glass cover for my fish tank.
