Ikigai or forest bathing

Mindful awareness in the forest brings peace of mind.Forest bathing is crucial part of ikigai.hear the humming of insects,see dew drops on leaves,breathe the fresh air so now i went one and a half hour hike in Bukit Kiara as the park will be closed for a year and a half.looking for parking at the foot of the hill is a nightmare.i enjoy the fitness stations and benches along the trail.saw a cempedak tree laden with fruit n felt like taking one when i found a mak cik selling ready opened cempedak near the car park.such forest bathing is good for wellness maybe i will push my body to swim for half an hour today.pray my body doesnt get muscle spasm but the chinese herbs like ginseng,cordycep flowers and astralagus really boosted my stamina and energy level .impossible is nothing.
