I cooked traditional Cantonese dinner for mooncake festival.A free range chicken soup of dong sum ginseng,goji berry and longan with dried oysters,stir fried brocolli carrot with garlic and braised mini abalone in truffle sauce and steamed fish in teochew style with preserved vegetable,tomato n shitake mushroom with matcha and osmanthus jelly mooncakes.yummy
