I used up the canned tuna chunks in my pantry before it expires and the can of sweet corn.Dinner is fish shepherds pie since i dont eat any red meat.i made a cream of corn soup.i topped mashed potatoes with parmesan cheese and not cheddar or mozarella as i love pungent smell of parmesan cheese.i like to create new dishes so we dont need to dine out so often.i bought salmon trimmings at rm11 a packet .its bits n pieces that i chopped finely and mix with mashed sweet potato to make croquette next week.so if i budget carefully n buy cheaper cuts like salmon head or belly,i can still eat well altho the ringgit has depreciated to lowest in 24 years.now i buy locally grown avocado, mango n strawberry from cameron highlands.i bought 3 slices of tenggiri for rm 5 a slice from Giant hypermarket.the barramundi cost rm 7.90 a fish that i will cook siakap 3 rasa,a thai dish.Juns love of fish shephers pie which is his favourite childhood comfort food n easy to digest, soft n creamy.he has phenomenal memory of food
