I like the delicate beauty of Chinese ink wash painting.grocery shopping at Lotus,i stumble on this small shop outside Lotus entrance with creative Arabic khat written like Chinese calligraphy and included chinese ink wash paintings.fascinated i browse thro and found the artist is a Hui Chinese who is an acupuncturist dabbling in calligraphy and ink wash painting.the price was reasonable and i fell in love with two sansui water n mountain ink wash painting and bought them.the painting evoke a sense of peaceful contemplation of nature.ilove the snow scene with a boat moored and a red lantern brightening the dull grey wintry day.Hassan Bai has an eye for natural beauty and the scenery is so tranquil.
