with the cold,rainy weather,im eating more hot,spicy food to warm up.i understand why Sichuan mala hotpot and sichuan pepper is popular as i froze to ice when i went to Sichuan in winter and temperature dropped to 5 or minus 10 celsius and biting wind is torture.
I cooked steamboat for dinner.then had fettucine stroganoff with hot pea soup.i cooked chicken in cordycep soup with red dates the next day and pumpkin with minced mock beef n spring onion.
the cold weather makes me cook hot thai food.i need the heat.
