International food
As a foodie,i love a variety of food from all cultures.
for breakfast i had a chicken floss,sesame seed n seaweed roll with dollop of butter,salad of grapes n blueberry n a cup of pu erh tea.then for lunch i tried a new Indian cafe in Jaya mall section 14.its called Flying elephant and they serve real authentic Indian food.i love the vegetarian snack paneer puri.crispy globes filled with mashed potato,herb,vege,chickpea,dhall n the sourish fragrant sauce comes in a syringe i inject on the balls before eating.had a glass of ginger ale with lemon.
Dinner i cooked an Indonesian dish botok botok ikan.i wrapped the slices of fish in kunyit leaves,kefir lime leaf,ulam raja,daun kadok,daun ubi kayu,basil leaves,daun salam,curry powder,lemongrass,galanggal ,red chili paste and coconut milk n kerisik.then steam the fish parcel.i also cooked chicken in salted egg yolk sauce,red chilli n herbs n an acar of cucumber n tomato in rice vinegar.
i need to. workout to burn off the calories.
