today i panfried the turnip cake to eat with XO sauce.it was orgasmic.i had a pot of hot ti kuan yin osmanthus chinese tea,and some mangon white peaches my pal gave me.she was so kind to gift grapes,peaches,kiwi fruitnblueberry.i love fruit esp temperate ones.yum
i would love to make my own XO sauce except its too time consuming.xO hasno alcohol but imply premier ,luxurious cantonese sauce made of dried scallop,prawns n Jinhua ham.
