Jun drove over 40 kms to pay a visit to fourth grand aunt in her 80s,the only surviving sibling of my late mom.shes so happy to see us n cooked a big vegetarian lunch for us.she just came out of hospital a week ago after nearly suffering a stroke.luckily kind neighbours sent her to hospital in the nick of time.all her kids were at work quite far away when she had mild stroke attack.so neighbours keep a look out for each other.
now when her neighbpurs opposite goes back hometown,she keeps an eye for her house security.she made peanut puffs for me .still so yummy.
i carried bags of festive gifts for the relatives n included nectarines which were reasonably priced at 6 for 12.90.a bargain compared to rm 27 for a pomelo.
its a hot,sweltering day but jun drove us around town to visit relatives
