Eat less is healthier

the older we get,the less we need to eat.so last nite to prevent indigestion n heartburn,i ate 2 egg tarts i baked with stevia sugar,a big apple n pear n a glass of pu erh tea.i felt so refreshed this morning with less sluggish stomach.gonna repeat with 2 meals a day.less isbetter.just stocked up with meat.sea bass dropped to rm20 a kilo n chicken is rm 8.90 a kilo.yipee icould buy a fish for rm13 and a medium chicken for rm 16.with festivals over,price of meat drops but with fasting month,it may skyrocket again.altho its expensive a bit,i buy antibiotic n hormone free chicken as antibiotic in livestock is bad for health.i prefer to splurge on healthy food rather than fancy luxury goods or car.our body has no spare parts unlike a car or house so better treat the body well with healthy food.so i bought konjac noodles,pu erh and green tea,ten grain rice,monk fruit n stevia sweetener n bake my own cake,tart n bread.we need to revamp our lifestyle to be fit nnot depend on others to look after us when we are ill or incapacitated.
