Dinner n lunch
back to simple meal.dinner i cooked squid in salted egg yolk,curry leaves n chilli.its very chinese malay fusion that i love.used butter to give more zing to it.cooked a tofu with chicken mince n mixed peas in white sauce.cleaning the kitchen is hell of a work as its messy n oily.lunch i cooked spaghetti bolognaise with minced chicken,mussels,button mushroom,chopped tomato n onion with italian herb.had a fruit salad n a special green tea jun bought for me.it has anti cancer antioxidant quercetin a made by suntory brew.flavonoids in vegetable n fruit like berry n cherry n kale n brocolli are very good anti inflammatory n anti allergy.
