Valentine dinner I. Cooked Cantonese braised chicken in oyster sauce with dried oysters,shitake mushroom,lotus root n carrot.then I baked 2 trays of Cantonese egg tarts.i love Dan tart sold at dim sum shops and the ma Lai go or Malay steamed cakes,next time I put coconut milk to replace water n gila melaka to replace brown sugar
