I cooked yee sang for yen yat or 7th day lunar new year.Its a Malaysian tradition but I put in jellyfish,grated radish,carrot,cucumber,snow pear,pomelo,deep fried yam,preserved pickles n sour plum sauce.
I cooked steamed chicken in rice wine,ginger scallion,lettuce with mini abalone in truffle sauce n Hakka braised yam with roast belly pork in fermented red bean curd.Dessert is round tang Yuen in jasmine,osmanthus soup.
